
With spring and summer coming quick, nows the perfect time for me to start getting in shape to look good in the new bikini i just bought! Not saying that i'm fat, but i got a little bit of pudge chillin on my stomach. My goal isn't to loose wieght but to eat healthier, excercise daily, and keep a journal of my progress. I don't know if it's possible for me to get abs, but i want to get pretty close. I want to start jogging every other day after school and invest in a jumprope to tie that in with a cardio workout. Everyone needs some motivation, so i have my boyfriend helping me out. yay anthony =] Any other suggestions, thoughts? Comment! =]
